As a dynamic Regional Account Manager in our Fragrance Ingredients Business (FIB) reporting to the Head of Business, you will assume the leading role for all Givaudan fragrance Ingredients Business activities for the accounts in China and South East Asia. You’ll also be responsible for implementing global accounts strategy and developing a growth strategy for China and South East Asia in line with the global strategy. You will develop a thorough understanding of your customer’s organization, including key decision centres, key decision makers and senior influential leaders. You will monitor the development and career growth of the regional team.

Implement Global Account Strategy: drive internal efforts to achieve Account Plans, ensure the most efficient management of Givaudan resources, setting priorities based on profitability analysis, identifying and implementing best practice procedures.
Develop Business Opportunities: attract new business and defend existing business, identifying and creating opportunities for Givaudan promoting new products. Develop thorough understanding of customer potential through analysis of their portfolio, positioning, strengths and weaknesses and competition.
Serve our customers: develop strategic partnerships with senior level management that fosters client intimacy. Manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure prompt resolution.

Your professional profile includes:
Technical University Degree;
Chemical background coupled with MBA preferred
At least 10+ years relevant experience in Account Management on a major account in the Ingredients industry or in B2B environment
A history of exceeding your personal objectives and the ability to swiftly adapt to a multicultural and changing environment.
Experience in leading sales team and managing a highly changeable work environment.
Ability to influence across all organization levels; strong results orientation, negotiation skills and business acumen.
Fluency in English, Mandarin a prerequisite. Other languages appreciated
