We are now looking for a Commercial Director to act as an authority within Ericsson in commercial matters to secure long and short-term profitable business for Ericsson. Partner with accounts to define commercial strategies, handle negotiations and take commercial decisions. Develop/enhance new Business Models and commercial strategies to enable future revenues and margins.
Complete accountability for Commercial Strategy definition and execution, Bid support and commercial escalations support, Sales Funnel Review, CU Opportunity Qualification Board, Sales Compliance Support, Sales Tools introduction and maintenance, Resourcing & Business Continuity.
Work as an advisor and partner KAM teams to facilitate winning the business and optimizing the P&L
Provide domain specific techno-commercial argumentation and support KAMs design rightly scoped solutions (in collaboration with presales)
Support the KAM in customer negotiations and engage directly with customers
Provide strategic direction and give operational support
Continuously evolve our commercial terms and price models to fit our market and customer realities
Develop the commercial and pricing strategy for the opportunity, with all the details and documentation required for the KAM to take the right decisions. Ensure we give advice on and adopt the right commercial clauses to minimize cross-MA price and T&C contamination
Offer a specialized Networks&MS, and DGS CM team providing skillset and know-how
Specialize our Tactical Pricing teams to raise effectiveness in solution scoping and responsiveness in bids
Requirements:
+10 Years’ of experience in sales and/or price management/commercial/sales operations working directly with customers in Telecommunications Industries or IT.
Proven technical competence, experience and networking within the Telecomunications Industry.
Domain Competence: Experience in working with multiple competence domains and having led sales & delivery engagements spanning across portfolio and deal types. Focus domain competence is Digital Services (Full Stack, Virtualization, Clout & IT) according to the portfolio competence document.
Highly developed knowledge and skills in leadership, communications, managing change and cultural awareness.
Thought leadership in identifying short and long-term priorities to support business needs.
MBA alumni preferred
Position available for Mexico City or Panama City.
