We are looking for a seasoned operations leader with strong product support background in Technology industry, to help us continue to grow as a leader in Business Process Services market.
Role & Responsibilities:
Drive new Business for the Product Support Services for a given portfolio of accounts in the Tech sector
Work on proactive pipeline building
Work with BPS leadership in identifying solution whitespaces that we can capture and take a leadership position
Position and articulate the Product Support Services and solution offerings to senior client stake holders either proactively or as part of a RFP response
Work with the broader BPS team , vertical sales/account teams to create plans for the prospects / clients and help them position our offerings with clients
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 15+ years of working experience out of which last 5 + years as part of product support operations with a large consumer technology company such as Apple, Lenovo, HP, Samsung, Sony, Microsoft. Experience working for these companies through an outsourcing provider in managing outsourced engagements will also be considered.
Strong experience across distinct execution models prevalent in support operations- Home based, college students based and global delivery model across phone, chat and email communications.
Ability to engage clients at various levels (including C-Level) to build strong and long lasting relationships
Client orientated focus as well as possess a strong commercial and business acumen
Strong presentation and facilitation skills; with the ability to structure and facilitate workshops and develop business cases for large deals
Outstanding communication (written and oral), collaboration, interpersonal and leadership skills
