The Product Marketing Leader works with business leaders in the implementation of various marketing programs. With a focus on complimenting a technical strategy, content development, and strategy execution, the Manager will also have knowledge of 3D printing, CAD (or related software), and manufacturing industries. This position plays a significant role in mobilizing the 3D Printing team to develop a global intellectual property and content strategy and execution plan, with the goal of increasing overall market share within manufacturing industries, and driving demand for the business’s solutions that result in qualified leads, and revenue growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Implement the company’s go-to-market messaging, positioning and strategy through the delivery of an integrated marketing strategy and implementation of plan.
Facilitate and manage branding initiatives, assist in defining the brand strategy, brand system, communications framework/platform and brand guidelines are a critical responsibility of this function.
Develop and maintain the content strategy platform, including vision, category, audience, value, differentiation, personality and police the brand
Execute on a complete integrated marketing communications plan and manage to budget
Build and manage a global marketing communications function that supports business’s goal of manufacturing industry leadership
Collaboration with central marketing services and standard agencies, PR & Communications team, Blue Sky Center team and the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure all marketing plans are executed efficiently and effectively.
Manage marcom professionals and network of outside vendors (as needed) to support communication efforts
Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to branding, awareness and lead generation including interactive/direct marketing agencies, SEO experts, designers, copywriters, email campaign providers, lead nurturing providers
Serve as internal strategic communications resource to product, services and sales and leadership teams
Manage the creative and messaging for business and product advertising and produce appropriate online and print advertising plan
Develop marketing communications team as business scales
Conduct industry benchmarking to understand materials, strategies, successes and failures of other companies with similar aspirations and market development challenges.
Develop strong working knowledge of the company’s business to provide insights to trends and client issues.
Contribute to guidance and marketing support to senior high tech and telecom industry team leadership
Gather/provide client and market intelligence for strategic planning
Implement lead generation programs including customized collateral, sponsorships, direct mail and e-mail campaigns, and industry events and corresponding infrastructure and content development.
Support awareness building programs, including cultivating subject matter experts across the user base to develop content and digital channels
Collaborate with distributed global marketing and strategic supplier/partners to effectively execute marketing programs in key geographies
Monitor and measure results of marketing programs. Utilize the acquired feedback to develop recommendations and provide input in the budgeting and planning process.

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA desirable
Six to eight (6-8) years work experience in the manufacturing, software, or high-tech industry
3D printing, design software, or related experience and knowledge preferred
Minimum two to four (2-4) years of management experience
Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training
