In this position, you will use a consultative approach to strategically deliver Human Resources programs and initiatives with strategic business goals to ensure superior organizational performance; In collaboration and partnership with assigned business leader(s), assure the delivery of HR Services that are aligned with overall business and organizational HR strategy for assigned organizational unit(s); be responsible for the development of an overall people strategy for organizational units; Anticipate the need for and introduce new people strategies to solve business challenges; Proactively identify opportunities to improve organization performance through enhanced employee effectiveness; Provide thought leadership in advancing organizational capabilities and effectiveness. Partner with other HR business partners to identify key HR metrics to analyze and solve business problems that impact organizational effectiveness (improve productivity, increase retention/engagement, reduce cost, and increase profitability).
You will champion the company's values and culture; continue the company's ability to attract, engage, and retain a high performance team which can lead growth; Lead the organizational review process that evaluates structure, competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific strategies to fill the gaps; Drive a talent acquisition and management strategy that integrates a succession planning methodology for key contributor and management positions; Partner with Director of Compensation and functional leadership to effectively leverage and implement total reward programs and processes including merit review; equity planning; bonus planning; promotions; special adjustments; Consult with and advise business managers on disciplinary process and risk assessment on employee relations and performance related issues.

You will ensure compliance with federal & local employment law. Comply with all corporate and local policies. Work with global compliance team to assign investigators to hotline reports; Assure employee data and records are accurately maintained; Direct and oversee the implementation of HR programs and initiatives in the following areas: Talent management, employee engagement, change management, total rewards consultation, leadership coaching, employee development, manpower planning, staffing, management development, organizational development, succession planning, employee relations, change management, and diversity.
Job Qualifications
BS degree, MA preferred.
10-15+ years in a corporate or business unit leadership role.
Superior knowledge of the HR function and significant experience with organizational effectiveness.
Strong business acumen and proven ability of creating people and organizational strategy linked to business strategy.
Ability to prepare and communicate clear and compelling messages to all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
Executive presence and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor and be decisive but able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities.
Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations.
Thinks about the business's short and long-term goals when approaching problems for resolution.
Ability to work collaboratively with members of the HR team to leverage expertise that will assist in arriving at sound decisions.
Ability to identify matters needing broad-based solutions and participates on teams to take action.
