Our Internet of Things (IoT) Division’s VideoSmart team is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to contribute in its ongoing strategic transformation. This is an opportunity to make an impact in an exciting and dynamic transformational environment. Our IoT Division is a blend of recently acquired and internal businesses that are being shaped to drive significant growth. In this role, you will be responsible for specific Product and Strategic marketing aspects, including, but not limited to – Product and Platform strategies and roadmaps, key geographic customer ownership, key outbound activities such as PR, Analyst briefings, trade-shows, etc. In this role you will drive deep-dive analysis on critical “needle-moving” and “game-changing” topics, with the opportunity to own and drive impactful initiatives. You will be situated inside the IoT Division within the VideoSmart marketing team that is responsible for VideoSmart Strategy, product ownership, pricing strategy, and customer strategy and management. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Marketing of VideoSmart. This vantage point will provide insight, which, in combination with your interactions with key members of the IoT Leadership will enable you to influence the direction and success of our business. It will also enable you to learn critical aspects of what it takes to run a complex business in a high-growth fast-paced environment. Your role will require demonstrated ability to deal with highly confidential information. You will play a key part in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and developing solutions for a diverse set of business issues/topics.

Job Qualifications
10+ years of marketing experience in the Consumer IoT space
Outstanding written & oral communication skills, coupled with presentation & influence skills
Passion for driving systematic improvements to enable the organization to scale
Proven at managing confidential information, with a strong sense of situational awareness
Confidence and ability to negotiate with different personalities at various levels in the organization
Proven ability to take complete product ownership from a marketing standpoint
A strong understanding of key technologies and an ability to articulate value propositions
Strong desire to learn, grow and make an impact
Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and functions
Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (includes Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
