As the Director of Performance, in partnership with Product Management, Talent Development and Compensation teams, you will bring to life a continued re-imagination of the company’s Performance System for the modern era at Intuit. Key Responsibilities
Define and evangelize strategy and vision, short / long-term, for the Intuit Performance System fueled by insights (customer, market, data etc)
Own the “Performance System” (including ratings, promotions, mobility, talent reviews, year-round goals and conversations, feedback, year-end) outcomes, i.e.
Ongoing ownership/management of the system with functional peers
Improve it: Assess system relative to intended goals, measures and define priorities to improve based on data, insights and feedback
Derive and apply insights about what drives Performance at Intuit through analysis of Performance System and customer research at team and individual level with functional partners
Drive change and deliver at scale, globally with proven success to ensure process adoption, and associated capability development, leading to desired system outcomes
Establish high performing Center of Excellence (COE) for Performance at Intuit

Superb ability to communicate with, and influence, leaders at all levels – including SVP/EVP
Systems thinker that builds high-performing partnerships with HR, technology partners and vendors
Can effectively lead complex x-functional projects, creating shared outcomes across org boundaries
Ability to innovate through familiarity with iterative, design-thinking, customer-fueled approaches
Deep domain expert of Performance systems (including ratings, promotions, mobility, talent reviews, year-round goals and conversations, feedback, year-end) with 10+ years experience
Knowledgeable in all aspects of compensation and relationship to Performance system.
Knowledgeable in the areas of workforce planning, succession planning and strategic talent planning
Superb ability to assess, hire, develop talent and grow careers of others
Track record of creating, fostering high performance, high commitment team culture
Proven success of delivering high impact company-wide outcomes
