Director Partner Marketing Manager DocuSign San Francisco

As the Director, Partner Marketing Manager, you will work with our marketing, business development and sales teams, to develop and execute global go-to-market strategies and programs to drive both revenue and customer acquisition for DocuSign. This role will own the development and execution of global go-to-market plans with SAP a key strategic alliance, as well as the programmatic campaigns towards the long tail of DocuSign partners. The scope will be global with a focus in the US and UK
This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to Senior Director, Partner Marketing.
Responsibilities

Define marketing strategy, priorities and budget. Enterprise Segment alliances with focus on SAP
Be a mini-CMO – define a holistic go-to-market plan and collaborate with various marketing groups and sales to execute it.
Promote and Support our Partner Portal activities working closely with the program owners.
• Support our Partner programs on Lead Generation, acquisition, enablement and activation thru a solid Marketing strategy and world class execution.
• Represent our partner products and solutions with executives, customers, partners, analysts, and media as a thought-leader and subject matter expert
• Define joint value propositions, sources of differentiation, messaging, positioning and in some cases packaging and pricing with ecosystem partners
• Work with product managers in refining our product roadmap, and oversee partner marketing launches, as well as define and track key success metrics
• Co-develop marketing programs with partners for acquisition, nurture, and up-sell
• Develop product and solution content and videos for our website, partners and other channels
• Develop playbooks and coordinate with international offices to scale programs around the globe
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and executives at Partner organization
Basic Qualifications

Experience in the Enterprise Segment, either working with or at SAP or Oracle
• 10-12+ years of experience successfully driving cloud software product marketing efforts
Preferred Qualifications

Strong ability to market cloud solutions with and thru partners
• Product marketing expertise including market sizing, market segmentation, offering design, messaging/positioning development, competitive positioning, pricing, packaging, product launches, and market research
• Impeccable execution on plans and a significant bias towards measuring impact.
• Proven ability to think and work strategically, while also driving rapid execution including personally contributing key deliverables
• Ability to quickly understand complex issues and develop/apply simplifying frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision-making, and action
• Output orientation with very strong ability to personally create high quality, customer-facing content including presentations, web copy, datasheets
• Exceptional ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast moving environment.
SAP or Oracle experience a plus
• MBA preferred
• Willingness to travel (~20%)
