Director Demand Generation Brightidea San Francisco

This individual will manage top of funnel activities including target marketing and brad based marketing. You will have experience and enjoy building scalable demand generation programs that include content, seo, pay per click, events, and account based marketing. This will be a highly energizing and fluid role that will be critical in scaling our marketing programs and real-time campaign metrics and reporting.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Work with the sales team to identify revenue targets
Develop and execute demand/lead generation strategies to meet the revenue targets
Identify, test, and optimize opportunities for growth
Broad based and account based marketing expertise
Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager to develop compelling content
Managing key marketing data feeds and integrations with Salesforce.com
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all systems and develop processes that best support our business needs; be prepared to dig in to help troubleshoot and solve data challenges
Managing our marketing analytics and reporting—this will include the creation of dashboards and reports to measure end-­to­-end campaign effectiveness across marketing campaigns across media channels
Managing the execution of the marketing campaigns by creating landing pages, thank you pages, being a solid project manager and writing lead generation content for these pages
Drive the optimization of digital marketing content including ebooks/papers, webinars/hangouts, web pages, video and more to drive quality leads through the lead generation funnel; also infusing search/keyword strategy into existing assets.


What you need to succeed:

5+ years experience in B2B demand generation
Working in a SaaS based marketing environment to business owners
You have demonstrated results that impacted revenue numbers
Ability to work with executive leadership across various departments
Experience with marketing reporting and dashboard development, analysis and delivery—including using data from multiple sources
Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast­ paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
Knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce or similar marketing automation and CRM systems required
Strong team player, strong collaboration skills
Excellent at planning and project management – ability to look ahead to meet regular deadlines and predict and prevent last minute fire drills
Excellent prioritization skills
Must be resourceful and have initiative to resolve problems
Interest in the innovation industry is required; passionate about the innovation industry a plus
BA/BS required
