ERP Testing Practice leader will own and drive Quality outcomes for across multiple GE businesses supported by Digital Hub. The role will report into VP Digital Operations – ERP Solutions & Services. The role would be responsible to build ERP Testing capability that hinges on Test Automation & ERP solutions capability and drives significant Reduction in Cost of Quality, product/solution quality improvement, overall release productivity and reduction in Technical Debt.
•Build a world class ERP testing practice and scalable delivery engine to support all of GE’s businesses that have Oracle & SAP ERP as footprint & drive Testing services transformation including moving to script less testing paradigm•Partner with broader COEs across other technology centers to build Global IT Operations-Application Support service offering.•Build, Develop, and Manage talent; ensure the optimal application of resources to meet product development and/or customer requirements. In partnership with the HR function, drive people processes related to headcount budgeting planning, staffing, development and people reviews.•Play a key role in enabling regional growth with collaborative partnership with Technology Centre leaders across the world. Enable business growth by identifying synergies and generating and fulfilling digital needs.•Ensure a culture of innovation and business outcome driven development across the site to drive market competitiveness for our products and services•Collaborate with “business” and IT leaders to create and deliver on the short and long term growth strategy. Work closely with key product stakeholders, to align technology and product strategies. Provide strategic planning for solutions delivered from the teams in India across lifecycle covering DESIGN, BUILD, DEPLOY and RUN programs for the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:
•15+ years of managerial /operational experience, preferably across several different large corporations and companies. Exposure to Industrial businesses such Transportation, Healthcare, Aviation, Power, Energy a big plus.•10+ years of experience in applications development, support and maintenance. Demonstrable track record across breadth of Oracle & SAP Technology and applications.•5+ years of experience in Enterprise testing, testing frameworks, test automation tools such as (HP Quick Test Professional, Panaya, SAP Test Acceleration and Optimization (TAO)), performance testing (HP LoadRunner), Worksoft.•Experience in leading a creating and leading a COE/captives/offshore units. Experience in managing Service level agreements and managing multiple partner teams. Ideal candidate would have experience managing Testing practice as a P&L.•Proven track record of successful leadership of large-scale and complex business programs. Should have led and played a critical part of multiple ERP Implementations, Rollouts and Upgrades•Track record of building large high-performance cohesive teams across matrixed large corporations. •Education – Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Engineering or MS/MBA in Information Management or an equivalent degree. Ideal candidate will also be a Certified Chartered Accountant / CPA

Ideal candidate will have rich ERP functional /technical background and multiple years of experience in Testing as a domain and Hands on expertise in Test Automation tools.#DTR
