Sr. Director Product Partner ADP San Dimas

Role description
As a key executive member of the team, the Sr. Director Partner Development will share responsibility for the overall success of Wage Payments. Specifically, they will guide the overall strategy and direction of the product and engage in partnership conversations at all levels of the organization.
This positon will be responsible for assisting in the attainment of all key P&L metrics with a keen eye on driving identified product changes to assure we exceed sales targets.
This role is an exciting opportunity with high visibility to ADP’s leadership and potential to drive meaningful impact for one of AVS’s fastest growing products.

The successful candidate will demonstrate relevant experience, enthusiasm, and high potential for professional growth. They are comfortable working within a matrixed organization and will bring a can-do, hands-on attitude to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with Senior Leadership of Wage Payments to define and execute long-term strategies and business plans that enhance ADP’s ability to sell and increase margin.

Identify new partnerships, alliances and opportunities that extend our value proposition
Lead negotiations on all terms and final agreements with all new partners and other critical business relationships; including pricing, business terms and rules of engagement

Lead efforts on M&A activity in collaboration with ADP’s Corporate Development group, including but not limited to commercial due diligence and modeling of financial projections

Provide support and guidance where needed to overall team, to drive progress and on-time achievement of key milestones

Collaborate with outside ADP departments and align the broader organization around the key strategic objectives of the venture

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

-Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or advanced degree preferred
-Minimum of 7 years in strategy and/or business development; some direct P&L responsibility
-Experience in developing strategies: identifying and framing issues, developing hypotheses, conducting market research and analyses to test key hypotheses, developing execution plans
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills (incl. financial modeling), with a high attention to detail
-Ability to influence and lead cross-functional trams and operate in a matrix organization
-Ability to think and act at the senior level, combined willingness to get the work done

Preference for candidates in or near Irvine or San Dimas, CA.
