Being able to successfully communicate the value of Google’s advertising solutions is essential to growing the number of Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) who promote themselves online. As a Partner Trainer, you will play a key function in this process, and be responsible for delivering high-quality sales training to Channel Sales’ partner organizations. You will have the chance to craft the sales methodology and strategy that will be implemented at partner organizations around the world. Equipped with a comprehensive sales training and a deep understanding of the value of Google’s advertising solutions, you will visit companies and help transform their business to acquire more clients and deliver more effective results.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a sales methodology and training curriculum for sales representatives and sales managers.
Deliver high quality, interactive sales training at our partner organizations and at Google.
Help understand and guide the strategic vision for growing the base of SMB advertisers through improved approaches to selling the Premier SMB Partner Program.
Work closely with our Strategic Partner Managers to understand the needs of our partners and build customized training plans to address these needs.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in direct sales.
2 years of experience delivering training.

Preferred qualifications:
6 years of relevant experience and experience developing channel programs or working with small business merchants.
Experience building a sales curriculum and possess written and presentation skills.
Proven track record of dramatically growing and improving sales organizations.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
Ability to travel as needed.
