The Purpose of Your Role
The Director Thought Leadership resides within the Market Intelligence and Thought Leadership function, in the Marketing division of Fidelity Clearing and Custody Solutions (FCCS). In this role you will be responsible for two main functions – commercializing of our Thought Leadership program among our clients and prospects, and helping us enhance the storytelling component of our content.
The Value You Deliver

In your role, you will be responsible for production of the Thought Leadership program for FCCS. You will drive several marketing and thought leadership programs through execution, measurement and refinement. You will

Collaborate with business partners to develop and launch new or enhanced thought leadership and practice management programs, which could require the initiation of research, development of collateral and whitepapers, creation of client events or webinars, and management of promotional campaigns.
Develop and execute content marketing strategies that promote our thought leadership and practice management programs.
Utilize primary research, client data, and syndicated data to build impactful content that supports organization POV
Manage development of thought leadership and practice management events.
Working with our Analytics team, identify and track meaningful metrics to evaluate the success of program efforts; evaluate and communicate results; drive new innovation based on the analysis.
Manage agency, compliance, and legal relationships to ensure compliant, on time and on budget delivery of materials.
Develop strong and collaborative relationships with business partners. Act as both a consultant and service provider on how best to achieve assigned project objectives.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Finance or other relevant fields
10 years or more experience in Marketing, Consulting or Research
Proven experience in writing and publishing white papers, syndicated studies is strongly desired
Experience in B2B Marketing, knowledge of Investment / wealth Management industry
Experience in creating research-based content marketing programs including elements such as: whitepapers, guides, infographics, videos, commercializing Thought Leadership content.
Experience in social media a plus.
