As a Director within theGlobal Workforce Optimization (GWO) team, you will develop analysis and modelsthat will inform critical workforce management decisions to enable greaterscale and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work across alllevels of leadership, and become involved in initiatives that span Fidelity’sglobal Workplace Investing organization.
Bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics or related field required; Masters degree preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in qualitative and quantitative analytics
Proven ability to generate solutions to loosely defined business problems by leveraging statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques
Demonstration of success at leading and working with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, change, and capability projects
Able to identify relevant data, sources, and collection/storage methods
Understanding of Finance principles such as financial modeling, expense management, and headcount forecasting
Financial Services industry experience preferred
Workforce or contact center analytics experience is a plus

Your analysis and insights will inform strategic decisions, including future projecteddemand, staffing strategies, identification and prioritization of improvementopportunities, business investments and multi-year site strategy. Thisrole will also participate on or lead projects with broad scope and impact toprovide business leadership with fresh perspectives and innovative approachesto further optimize the workforce.
