As a senior leader of our User Experience team, you will build an engine of breakthrough design and innovation. You will hire and lead a team of UX designers to both advance our existing offerings and establish brand new products. You will coach designers on your team, supporting them with both process and design guidance to achieve designs that lead the market. You will evangelize internally for the world-class UX and for the processes to get there.

What you will do
* As a people manager, you will hire people with an outstanding, natural talent for design. You will set goals that help them develop their career.

* You are an outstanding designer in your own right, with a long track record of designing modern, sophisticated interaction designs for web and mobile applications. You have plenty of experience designing simple consumer-grade products.
* 10+ experience designing highly interactive mobile and web applications for consumers. 3+ years’ experience leading design teams
* You have at least a bachelor’s degree in something. (Your portfolio matters more than how you got there.)
* You have extremely strong design intuition and a natural ability to empathize with different personas
* You have outstanding leadership skills and can inspire a team to create its best work.
* You have outstanding conceptual and architectural skills. You have keen eye for judging information and visual design.
* You are up to speed in the latest design trends on both web and mobile
