The Global Business Operations Senior Director of Global Sales Tools and Platforms will be responsible for providing oversight and leadership across all global sales tools as well as lead the global center of
excellence across Visa’s Salesforce.com platform.
This role will lead the global sales operations platform team by providing superior operational and program delivery across all sales tool initiatives. The position will be responsible for establishing prioritized business roadmaps across the platforms, lead center of excellence and business leadership across sales tools, provide oversight across the global and regional tools teams, and manage the global 24x7 operations support team.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage global sales tool operations team, providing oversight to deliver on strategic engagements and program deliverables, ensuring the sales operations team delivers against its commitments with the highest quality in a timely fashion
Establish and provide leadership across global sales and client facing team business roadmaps for each of the global sales tools including salesforce.com, knowledge management platform, etc.
Provide leadership across a team to support Salesforce.com Configuration and Administration and
leverage an Agile approach to see requirements from design through execution
Oversee 24 x 7 first line support across Visa's salesforce platform.
Proactively work with business stakeholders to establish prioritize roadmaps to support Visa Playbook and sales programs.
Work with executive management to understand and prioritize critical business needs across sales tools.
Oversee and lead global center of excellence program across Visa's salesforce.com platform.
Successfully partner and work with Corporate IT partners to deliver key programs across roadmap.
Work with technology partners and vendors to manage roadmaps and educate teams on future releases, adjustments, or issues across the platforms
Provide system administration across Salesforce.com and support key functions across the
platform including overseeing Single Org Oversight, security and access, etc
Oversee and lead capital planning activities across global sales tools.
Oversee a client focused team to support the global sales methodology on Salesforce.com and cross functional partner needs through development and support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred in Computer Science or related field)
10+ years of experience providing solutions for business, developing and managing implementation of global Sales CRM platform.
7+ years of work experience with Salesforce.com in a global organization (Sales Cloud, system integrations, AppExchange Development)
5+ years managing global teams across multiple time zones and promoting a collaborative environment
Experience with working with global teams and coordinating efforts across multiple organizations
Strong business analysis background with ability to translate business needs/goals into requirements and prototypes. (Preferred in Sales Operations)
Customer oriented approach to business management and problem solving
Leadership on system and multiple environment management with Salesforce.com
Leadership on running COEs and platform capabilities
Collaborative approach to supporting and resolving business issues throughout the organization
