To be the driver of TA operational best practice within a growing expanding global organization. The Director, TA Operations is responsible for leading recruiting operations for a globally geographically-dispersed recruiting organization. Provides thought leadership and consultative support through the development and management of recruiting programs and processes that address strategic business needs. Leads and sets strategic direction on all elements of recruitment operations, and driving of streamlined processes for the global team with a keen focus on reporting & analytics and compliance.

You demonstrate your strong project management discipline including your ability to independently prioritize and track complex, competing schedules; proactively anticipate and complete tasks; and self-initiate programs. When something is not working, you shift gears quickly and come up with a new approach and renewed energy to tackle any challenge.

Your Responsibilities

Synthesize requirements from recruiting business stakeholders across multiple regions, together with the business process that help drive efficiency and recruiter productivity. Life shouldn’t be difficult for the teams to hire top talent. Your responsibility is to make that a reality.

• You’re the right hand to the VP of Talent Acquisition. You help implement the global strategies we create to solve business needs.

• You partner with global/regional Talent Acquisition Directors, Business Leaders, HR Business Partners and global recruiting teams to develop creative strategies and deliver exceptional customer service with a primary focus on operational excellence, proactive, competitive and cost-effective recruitment solutions.

• You develop and implement innovative recruiting processes and techniques, determine their effectiveness in supplementing global recruiting efforts, and tracks their success.

• Support geographically-dispersed recruiting team in the development and implementation of local recruiting change plans and strategies.

• Adjust recruiting strategies to align to changing business needs and ongoing cultural transformation

• Manage recruitment reporting process--compile recruiting metrics, interpret data trends, areas of strength, and areas of opportunity.

• Correlate hiring plans with workforce plans to ensure hiring needs are met with quality hires in a timely and cost effective manner.

• Responsible for developing and implementing solutions to hiring impediments with full partnership of the HR Leaders and Talent leads, including continuous improvement of enterprise process and tools.

• Effectively partners with Recruiting Stakeholders by providing ongoing communication on projects, performance, and process.

• Partners with TA leaders to constantly improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency

• Communicates to Recruiting Stakeholders on all recruiting, projects, and outcomes consistently and professionally.


Qualifications

Your Qualifications

• Proven strategic Recruiting Operations Leader with 5-8 years broad-based recruiting experience with at least four years leading a recruiting operations role in a large, complex organization.

• Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment

• Strong project and change management skills & disciplines required

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of recruiting methods, recruiting marketing, and techniques, and ability to drive results

• Able to manage and prioritize a myriad of recruiting initiatives, at varying stages of completion, and bring to timely completion

• Demonstrated relationship management/partnership skills with particular focus on HR leaders, line executives, and affiliated support functions.

• Proven ability to proactively communicate change management initiatives with all levels of employees.

• Develop collaborative relationships with people across a variety of areas within and external to the organization to ensure positive business outcomes.

• Ability to work in operational role, yet think strategically and execute on set goals

• Significant expertise in the development, production, and distribution of metrics about key measures of recruiting effectiveness.

• Possess superior interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.

• Results leader with a focus/understanding of both internal and external customer

• Demonstrated ability to drive results (reliable, proactive, able to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment

• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, new ways of thinking and perceptions in a variety of situations and with various individuals and groups

• Possesses integrity and passion and displays consistent, high ethical standards in business and personal affairs. Displays enthusiastic approach to work and the company.
