In this position you will be responsible for the day-to-day Operations of Global Enterprise Midwest Atlantic Area, and reports directly to the Area Vice President. Provide strategic direction for: sales coverage, business processes, services integration, marketing execution, and executive level communications. Overall business and organizational analysis to ensure that sound business decisions are made, and executed in a timely fashion. Assist with development of business plans and supporting data to preserve integrity in the planning process.

You will interface with Executive Leadership and Area Sales Leaders to shape/drive top priorities and core initiatives focused on long-range growth and profitability.

Our minimum requirements for this role:
● 10+ years related experience.
● 7+ years management experience; global experience is highly preferred.
● Typically requires BS/BA or equivalent.
● Must have excellent written, oral communication, listening, and presentation skills. Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
