Strategic Account Director Snaps New York

We're growing fast and looking for an Account Director to join our client services team, to work directly with users of our platform (primarily marketers) at the world’s best consumer brands. The Account Director will lead the internal account strategy (client satisfaction, up-sell, cross-sell and renewals) and is also the senior, strategic person on the account (i.e.: lead client’s strategy, lead meetings with senior clients, serves as the escalation point for Account Managers).
As a director within our client services team, you will:
- Lead the development of partner relationships
- Lead meetings with partners and partner agencies up to CMO level
- Manage the day to day client activities including leading the development of scopes, project plans and weekly meetings
- Define messaging strategies for our partner brands that fully utilize the Snaps ecosystem
- Lead the on boarding of new clients, including training on the Snaps platform, strategy sessions and creative workshops
- Provide ongoing training, support and troubleshooting for brands
- Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Identify opportunities to upsell innovative ideas to brands
- Work with internal teams to pitch and build custom messaging solutions
- Keep your clients informed with relevant industry news
- Status and other reporting both internally and externally
- Ensure all client deadlines are being met and mitigate potential risks to delivery or quality

Ideally, you have:
- A minimum of five years’ Client Services/Customer Success experience in social media marketing, mobile marketing or enterprise software
- Intimate understanding of the social media and mobile spaces
- Stunning organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing projects for clients
- Experience in low-structure environments where solutions must often be created on the fly
- Experience working in Keynote, Photoshop and Excel
