Key Qualifications
Your work experience should include designing and writing content for training solutions that focus on how to position and sell products in a variety of vertical markets.
Five-plus years of instructional design experience creating and writing sales training in the high-tech industry
Background in developing content for technology and familiarity with the functionality of multimedia tools, software and graphics applications, such as (but not limited to) HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Final Cut Pro
Knowledge of different consultative sales processes (retail sales experience a plus)
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan ahead and manage multiple projects at once while still achieving quality and deadline objectives.
Strong influencing and persuading skills showing ability to present and sound well-reasoned arguments, including adopting a range of styles, tools, and techniques to get your message understood clearly
Ability to facilitate collaborative, cross-functional decision-making processes to simplify complex problems and translate analysis into practical action plans
Exceptional ability to build rapport across a wide range of cultures and personalities
Apple product and software expertise
Prior experience delivering training to a variety of global audiences

Here are some of the things you’ll do: - You’ll design and create exceptional learning content for a wide range of platforms to support a variety of delivery types—including app, web, on the job, virtual classroom, and classroom - You’ll write storyboards and produce multimedia solutions that utilize technology to achieve learning objectives—including videos, interactive authoring, simulations, games, and more - You’ll deliver new learning strategies that engage, inform, excite, and change the behavior of our sales partners - You’ll come up with creative learning experiences using existing or new ideas in a novel way, and then transform those into practical learning solutions. - You’ll become an expert on Apple products, sales skills, audiences, and sales strategies, and continuously apply that knowledge in your training solutions and across the organization - You’ll apply Apple standards to produce training deliverables in the conversational, intelligent, and elegant style that reflects the Apple brand - You’ll work with people around the world and across Apple—sales leaders, marketing professionals, business stakeholders, consumer insights teams, regional training, editors, creative teams and more—to rapidly gather information, refine objectives, and produce training that’s relevant and of the highest quality - You’ll be pushed to work faster, smarter, and better every day
Education
A master’s degree in instructional design or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
