•Lead reporting, analysis, and active monitoring of Technology workforce and resource management activities
•Work with stakeholders in various Technology functional areas as well as cross-functional stakeholders to drive workforce planning activities
•Develop KPIs and on-going metrics / reporting

•Support program management and business analysis for various strategic Technology initiatives
•Provide ad hoc support for other business management activities as needed
Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; prior financial budget and forecasting experience preferred
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (specifically Word and Excel, Access is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with strong time management and ability to execute on multiple concurrent deliverables
Educational or prior project management experience a plus
Knowledge of reporting systems such as SQL, Business Intelligence / centralized reporting systems (e.g. OBIEE), and other data visualization tools such as Tableau a plus
