Create an outsourced sales strategy for Small & Medium Business (SMB) Marketing team
Plan, test and scale outsourced sales programs to grow adoption of Facebook ad products by Small and Medium businesses, using global sales force and digital marketing channels Manage global sales programs with multiple outsourced vendors at large scale
Lead cross-functional groups including global sales force , operations and channel marketers to execute on global sales programs
Drive team reporting and performance assessment and communicate results to key stakeholders in order to rapidly scale successful programs
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage analytics resources
Experience with SQL highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, and effectively influence internal and external stakeholders
7+ years of related experience with marketing or sales programs, ideally in outsourced environment
Experience in digital marketing, analytics and product marketing fundamentals preferred
Experience providing direction to and leading cross functional teams
