Manage P&liaison for Access Switching business. Liaise with product marketing, supply chain and other cross functional teams.
Lead monthly P&L forecast for switching product portfolio. Understand key underlying drivers, analysis of variance to forecast
Drive complex financial modeling, sensitivity analysis for product pricing (new and existing products), new consumption based model, ROI analysis for new programs
Track and report complex KPIs in support of key initiatives to drive growth of switching business
Collaborate and partner with cross functional team to drive growth and margin expansion initiatives
Manage forecast of software monetization for Access Switching, bookings / P&L forecast by Geo for interlocks
Lead time-based performance analysis and reporting for quarterly business reviews
Minimum Qualifications
B.S. in Accounting or Finance
6 - 8 years of experience in Finance
Proficient in Excel, Word, liaison, Power Pivot. Strong ability to deal with large volumes of data
Strong interpersonal, communications and writing skills
Strong desire to make a difference
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to liaise with Finance and Business Management at various levels within the company
Demonstrate collaboration/teamwork and the ability to be highly resourceful in a demanding environment
Experience in forecast/ sensitivity modeling
Personal integrity; drive for results; forward thinker; performance-oriented; proactive and possess a positive; can-do attitude
Current Cisco Finance experience
