As a Senior Director you will be responsible for consulting with our clients on how to increase their brand’s value through various branding strategies including brand positioning, brand architecture, brand valuation/analytics, internal brand engagement and digital brand strategy. You will also be responsible for leading client engagements, forming and growing trust-based client relationships, creating high impact content, managing client profitability and enhancing our distinctive knowledge.

• Play a leadership role within Strategy to expanding our practice and product offerings
• Own 2-3 major client relationships and act as the client lead and primary driver of growth in the relationship
• Manage team within strategy, including coaching and mentoring assigned staff to insure meaningful experiences, personal growth, improvement in IB intellectual capital and constructive feedback
• Engage in value-added dialog on engagement topics
• Take a lead role in development of assigned clients’ brand strategies, identifying opportunities for clients to grow brand value
• Develop trust-based relationships with day-to-day client contacts,
• Engage in broad based branding dialog and become senior client’s trusted counselor and in so doing identify further opportunities for Interbrand to provide meaningful client value

A successful candidate will have held a leadership role at a major branding or consulting firm with a focus on strategic and client development. You must be extremely well versed in brand strategy as a core competency but able to talk to corporate strategy, analytics and growth as auxiliary skillsets.

You bring to the organization experience in related fields with a proven track record of organic revenue and relationship growth a must. Your further knowledge, background and skills include:
• B.A. degree; MBA desirable
• 15 years experience in brand strategy/architecture, marketing and/or business
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience leading a group of professionals
• Strong organization and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
