Establish and implement long and short term strategies. Set objectives linked to strategy and determine appropriate measurements of operational success. Represent Contract Administration in the contract negotiation process by reviewing all proposed distribution agreement language, making recommendations, and negotiating with suppliers to agree on revised terms as well as negotiate settlements with supplier on rebate and chargeback related disputes.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
5+ years contract administration experience including 2+ years managerial experience
Critical Skills
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience directing a shared service operation with direct financial and customer impact
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
Proven success in building collaborative & influential relationships with crossfunctional teams and key stakeholders
Proven success in executing operational excellence and delivering business results
Experience developing and mentoring managers and associates preferably within a large team environment
Education
4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
