Responsible for the sales and liaison activities between company and partners, dedicate in PC business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and exceed sales quotas while adhering to company’s ethical code of conduct
Create strategies and lead team efforts to maximize placement of PC products across the Accounts/Channel/Retail partners.

Partners closely with sales/marketing/service and other team members, together with partners to develop a multi-year strategy and see through the translation into an execution plan on all dimensions
Customer segmentation, Account team capabilities evolution
Pricing, incentive and deal strategy and support
Sales process and customer engagement.
Work closely with local office and Account/channel/retail level sales team to ensure execution to accelerate solution selling capabilities and leadership position in the marketplace
Work in a highly matrixed environment driving teams to a common goal
·Work closely to ensure solution prioritization and development meets customer and field priorities
·Define, lead and manage KPIs, metrics and governance

Skills & Abilities: (Technical or General)
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum six(6) years’ experience of PC business in Top OEM / channel / retail / required.
Proven track record of solid performance at PC industry, proven track record of successfully managing sales growth and new territory penetration.
Experience building a brand within distribution channels.
Experience with commercial negotiations.
Demonstrated ability to follow sound business ethics when executing job responsibilities to build and maintain management confidence
Ability to communicate effectively across all functional areas of the customer organization, from procurement to executive ranks
Ability to manage sales pipeline with multiple accounts and partners
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred:
Experience selling PC's into Best Buy
