The Amazon Fashion Private Label team is looking for a talented leader to lead a highly-strategic new business initiative. In this role, you role you will identify key opportunities, take calculated risks, and take a business or platform idea from conception to launch, it globally. The winning leader must have high judgment, be right a lot, strong bias for action, and use data to make and validate all decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
· Own the vision and execution (full P&L ownership) for both the Customer and Seller experience, starting with the desired end-state and working backwards to determine the steps necessary to launch the program quickly and profitably
· Build a defensible model with clear points of differentiation for both brand and product positioning.
· Build and own the complete P/L long term sustainability as well as short term launch.
· Create a best in class customer experience, creating brands and products that customers love, as measured by glance views, conversion, star ratings and reviews, driving continuous product innovation
· Drive Seller engagement and adoption of the program across the top import Sellers in Softlines, particularly manufacturers and aggregators.
· Build a world class team of customer obsessed leaders across all business functions, driven by teamwork, collaboration and ability to swiftly operate in an entrepreneurial fast pace environment

Basic Qualifications

· 10+ years of experience hiring, developing, and leading large multi-level teams
· 8+ years of experience with P&L responsibility
· Bachelor Degree required

· eCommerce experience
· Experience/interest in fashion, assortment planning, product design, development and manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing.
· Experience leading and managing a startup or new business launch
· Experience building sound business strategies and turning that into an executable plan
· Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients
· Experience defining and delivering innovative big ideas to drive long term results
· Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.
· Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves. Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
