The Chief of Staff will serve in a leadership role as a member of the Global PI Leadership Team and provide executive-level support to the PI CEO. This position will directly assist in all management responsibilities, including general operations for Personal Insurance. He or She will set the agenda and manage meetings and serve as the liaison between the CEO and direct reports for information sharing and communication purposes.

This position will be responsible for ensuring communication with key stake holders is timely coordinated with effective delivery.
Responsibilities:
-Plan and coordinate meetings, prepare information, monitor status of action items. Develop & oversee presentations on behalf of the CEO (e.g. for Offsite meetings, Town Halls, and other business presentations).
-Manage and coordinate strategic initiative reporting updates.
-Assist with operational management decisions and actions as directed. Plan regional visits including region/market/country economic and financial analysis, discussion outlines, meetings and presentations. Manage post-visit action items.
-Liaise with the Consumer CEO office. Coordinate and collaborate with departments within the organization in establishing and carrying out responsibilities of the PI CEO. Partner and support the PI leadership team on targeted projects.
-Lead and/or participate in targeted project activities for PI and manage the execution of projects according to plan. Facilitate communication among various projects/work streams. Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external partners, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables. Research, compile, analyze and summarize data for special projects and/or reports.
Position Requirements:
-BA degree or equivalent
