The AMD leads the global account management team, establishing best practices for both pre and post sale client service/campaign management and how that relates to other internal teams. This position requires strong working relationships with clients to ensure their goals are achieved, their expectations are met as well as assisting them to stay on schedule with the delivery of assets and feedback.

Develop and mentor direct reports
Collaborate with sales lead and integrated marketing to create customized offerings in response to agency RFPs
Work with internal teams: Sales, Rev Op, Integrated Marketing, Yield etc. to successfully execute campaigns
Develop and maintain campaign management systems and workflows
Manage, organize, and create materials for sales library
Oversee research projects; development of surveys, implementation, data analysis, interpretation of results and creation of sales collateral
Must Haves
A minimum of 5+ years of related work experience in the digital media industry
Deep knowledge of reporting platforms: DFP, DFA, Omniture, Google Analytics
Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment
BA/BS degree
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and social media
