We define hard facility management as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, energy management, building automation system, roofing, fire/security systems and the maintenance of all building and site systems. This role will be part of an offer development team that will work to incorporate these services into various client/consumer focused offers. You will be our Hard FM expert who will develop service standards and Hard FM costing for all of our future offers. The ability to bring the most current and innovative technologies to all of the hard FM services will be required along with having experience in having managed facility management organizations.

The ideal candidate will also have experience and/or knowledge in how to incorporate the following elements into an offer: safety, sustainability, mobile technologies and apps, internet of things, user experience design, vendor management, data analytics, resiliency, process improvement, robotics and other emerging technologies.

This position will be working on a team to analyze our current FM portfolio so they will need experience and knowledge in FM benchmarking, costing and service level creation and optimization. This individual will need to coordinate with stakeholders within and outside the organization for all of their activities. The successful candidate will need to be a leader who can influence and negotiate with anyone to generate positive results.
