The Bottling Investments Group Application Support Director role is responsible for Coca-Cola North America systems which ensure the selling, manufacturing, delivery, and service of the North American Food Service and Marketing organization for The Coca-Cola Company. Leadership is provided to over 40 Full Time Equivalent employees and contractors leveraging on-shore/off-shore managed service providers. Defines strategies and processes to optimize the organization’s effectiveness across the wide range of technologies and business processes supported.

Accountable for budgeting and managing over$10MM annual departmental operating expenses. Partners with all areas of I.T. and the Business to guide the direction of the platforms and operating model to deliver business goals. This person will be responsible for connecting with, leading and influencing across BIG IT Leadership, CCNA IT Leadership and Business Functional Leadership. For a transitional period until refranchising is complete the role will also provide application support to the Coca-Cola Refreshments and CBS organizations.

Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for systems supporting business functions are successfully delivering business functional operations.
• Create a Global Support Function strategy with other stakeholders.
• Create an affordable, sustainable model for enabling application support.
• Communicate across BIG & CCR departments, vendors, and stakeholders ensuring the constituency has confidence in support delivery
• Manage a mixed internal/external work force, leveraging sound vendor management/governance practices to effectively managed costs and delivery to meet CCR business operational demands.

Preferred Qualifications:
This position will focus on application support of integration tools including WebMethods, MQSeries, Mulesoft, Tibco, SAP Data Services, SalesForce.com, Informatica, Java, Teradata, SAP, SAP Hana BW andAccenture CAS among others in a complex on premise and outsourced environment with proprietary software, packaged software and cloud Software as service components, sources and targets. The position is also responsible for Mobile computing related to SalesForce.com and other CRM/ERP solutions.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Related Work Experience:
• 10+ years of related business experience, with a demonstrated ability to navigate matrixed organizations to facilitate system optimizations which maximize enterprise architectural best practices.
• 5+ years leading the support or management of relevant technologies supporting the respective business function.
