As the Organizational Development Assistant Director, you'll provide facilitation, change management, coaching and other Organizational Effectiveness (OE) skills to a geographic area or service line. You'll support the Americas Assurance Talent Strategy Leader by taking the lead on selected projects to be cascaded within Assurance across the regions. You'll assist in the implementation of the talent strategy and set priorities accordingly. You'll apply knowledge of programs and processes to facilitate implementations that meet business and people needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a resource in the service line for talent management strategy implementation that may include the design and execution of talent management, change management, leadership development, and organizational development (OD) projects and core processes.
• Provide individual and team coaching and training in areas such as counselor support/ training, mentoring and team effectiveness.
• Provide cross practice implementation support to people initiatives, programs and processes. This includes strategic alignment that supports our initiatives, including (but not limited to):
o Talent Review & Assessment, including 360 feedback
o Succession Planning
o Performance Management
o Leadership Programs
o Team Effectiveness
o Organizational design
o Selection tools
o Employee engagement
o Diversity
o Consult with senior leaders across the business to understand needs, diagnose issues and define solutions.
o Coordinate with other people team members, including Regional Assurance Talent Leaders, to understand the needs and effectively deploy enterprise talent/OD programs.
o Serve as a key resource for information, programs and processes developed in the People Development and OE Centers of Excellence (COE) and participate on COE design/development teams.
o Provide thoughtful input and often develops communications targeted for employees.
o Serves as a subject matter expert across the primary disciplines of talent management, leadership development and organizational development.
o Often acts as a project manager for medium to large projects or oversees portions of major or highly complex projects.
o May have responsibility for subordinate specialist staff. Technical knowledge may be a substitute for managerial responsibility.
o Generates ideas for continuous improvement ensuring we stay relevant, insightful, proactive and trendy in our processes and programs.
To qualify, candidates must have:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of work experience.
• Possesses skills in the following key areas:- Coaching, consulting, facilitation, supporting and leading change, influencing, project management.
• Ability to quickly gain a thorough understanding of the firm and relevant businesses is required.
