As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for new prosumer VR Camera. Under the direction of the Head of Product Management for Presence Capture, you will drive the inputs for both industry and consumer product research, craft the messaging and positioning for products, and act as the central hub of product and marketing expertise to the Presence Capture business unit, Product Management, R&D, and the Central Marketing Organization (CMO). In collaboration with the CMO, you’ll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand, brand affinity, purchase intent, and brand loyalty. In collaboration with Product Management and R&D, you will drive the creation of Product Lifecycle Development documentation and strategies including MRD’s and GTM plans.

Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. In your role, you will be the expert on the VR Camera target audiences, how they buy, their buying criteria and priorities, and transfer that data to the cross-functional organizations of Nokia Technologies.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market.
Sales enablement: Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products.
Product launch: Plan the launch of new product and manage the cross-functional implementation, execution, and success metrics of the plan.
Marketing intelligence: Be the expert on your target audience, competitive landscape, and industry news.
Demand generation: Develop the strategy and manage new marketing programs that drive demand for your products and sustain through the product lifecycle.
Requirements
5 to 7 years of Product Marketing experience in Consumer Electronics, Entertainment, Technology, or other related field – Video Camera and VR experience is a major plus
Understanding of B-to-B-to-C marketing strategies and programs and nuances
Extensive knowledge of prosumer video camera products (GoPro, Nikon, Cannon, Sony)
Global Product Marketing experience with multiple, international product launches to proven success.
Extremely strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
Willing to travel 35%
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills to interact with cross-functional teams, agencies, partners, and customers
Very strong interest in Virtual Reality, Consumer Electronics, and Entertainment trends. Follows news daily and weekly with keen eye for trends and insights
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
