Oversee and drive Technology Readiness Level (TRL)/Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) progress of innovation projects involving novel approaches to fabric, print, and color definition/specification. Identify or derive key data to support sustainable processes for eventual adoption.

Create and implement criteria to vet and select proposed material/color innovation projects
Craft proposals by documenting current material development-related processes and modeling alternate methods for comparative analysis
Conceptualize and define the problem
Formulate alternative courses of action
Determine best solution
Identify project risks
Develop mitigation strategies
Manage project assignment including costs, schedules, and deliverables
Provide comprehensive program reporting that includes metrics to monitor and drive efficiencies, ensure proper resource allocation, and track progress
Ensure compliance with project management processes and standards as defined by UA Global Operations PMO team
Coordinate with and support the Global Operations PMO team, which owns responsibility for defining the product creation end-to-end process, by providing a thorough understanding of the project
Facilitate successful transfer of completed models to suppliers, where appropriate
