Sports Marketing Director NBCUniversal Media Hialeah

Develop and drive brand strategy for Telemundo Deportes
• Develop marketing strategy to reach and grow audiences across Telemundo Deportes
• Lead development of marketing briefs, which include research, analytics, positioning, and key strategies with a keen focus on priority Sports Properties (Soccer, Boxing…)
• Responsible for creating plans that will drive audiences to Telemundo Deportes’ FIFA WC 2018 Tournament
• Lead development and implementation of cross function marketing plans consisting of owned, earned and paid marketing vehicles
• Partner with media/advertising department as well as experiential marketing team in order to provide strategic framework for off air implementation
• Work closely with creative team in providing strategic direction and messaging for creative campaign
• Lead multi-functional, cross promotional network through Comcast and NBCUniversal networks
• Use data and analytics to inform strategic marketing/communication plans
• Keep current on industry innovations, trends, competitive marketplace and threats
Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications/Requirements
• Expertise in sports marketing with specific focus on Soccer marketing
• Knowledge and experience in US Hispanic market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
• Minimum seven years in Spots Marketing
• Proven track record of executing at a high level with ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to lead, influence and collaborate in matrix organization
