This position will be responsible for supporting the North America, Professional Education and Government and Business Development Go to Market Teams (NAHE ProEd & BD) with managing P&L responsibilities as well as leading necessary sales operations and metrics to guide strategic decisions around forecasting, performance and support the overall GTM’s goals. The position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of NAHE/ProEd & BD and lead an operations team that support a variety of analytics in addition to providing support to field and platform VPs and RVPs.

Lead operations team and serve as a trusted advisor for GTM and sales leadership
Pricing approvals that ensure corporate margin requirements are adhered to
P&L management through partnership with FP&A and GTM leadership to ensure financial commitments are fulfilled
The sales forecasting process across platforms and field
Serve as a chief-of staff to RVPs and VPs of sales to ensure sales organizations run smoothly
Help to maintain sales results by rep, by platform, account and team and provide YOY analysis as well as other KPIs
Lead weekly forecast consolidation; providing forecast analysis to guide forecasting decisions. Compare historical forecast data to develop trends, identify root cause and create actions that improve any performance weaknesses
Help to facilitate and resolve day-to-day sales operations challenges with internal teams albeit compensation issues, HR issues, deal related
Work with internal business operations team to ensure SFDC alignment with GTM sales needs
Perform ad-hoc sales analysis
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 9+ years of professional experience in finance, sales operations or sales compensation, ideally working for a global organization dealing with large complex system designs, implementations and integrations
History of leading teams and track record of direct and implied leadership
High level of analytical ability and accuracy, strong Excel skills, with particular focus on modeling and the use of advanced spreadsheet features
Demonstrated organizational skills, with short term and long term planning skills
Proven track record in forecast accuracy and P&L management skills
Strategic thinker that can work in an evolving ecosystem of internal and external teams to implement change quickly and effectively
Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Flexibility a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
