Description
• Manage operations so as to meet SLAs and drive continuous improvements in key performance indicators • Work with the other members of the global O2C team to identify, prioritize, select, and manage large investments in global tools and systems • Drive process and systems alignment in the Americas region consistent with global standards • Proactively identify and continuously reevaluate expansion of the service center by transitioning new service offerings into Austin service center • Ensure SOx compliance • Work very closely wit the Order to Cash leadership team to deliver a first class service to Apple's customers • Key point of contact for Americas Billing activities, projects and initiatives
Education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance, MBA and/or CPA preferred
Additional Requirements
• Fluency in Portuguese preferred • Experience in a company with a strong retail emphasis • Experience in a technology company • Familiarity and experience with SAP systems
