Based in Austin, TX, the Manager, Americas Invoicing, will be responsible for managing the day to day responsibilities of the Billing department and managing in-country third party invoicing vendors, as well as streamlining O2C processes. This managerial role is hands-on and requires an individual that is able to balance operational responsibilities with tactical thinking. The ideal candidate must able to communicate at all levels of the organization and develop strong business relationships with senior finance and key partners. This position requires native fluency in English and Spanish

ERP systems experience
Description

• Manage operations so as to meet SLAs and drive continuous improvements in key performance indicators • Work with the other members of the global O2C team to identify, prioritize, select, and manage large investments in global tools and systems • Drive process and systems alignment in the Americas region consistent with global standards • Proactively identify and continuously reevaluate expansion of the service center by transitioning new service offerings into Austin service center • Ensure SOx compliance • Work very closely wit the Order to Cash leadership team to deliver a first class service to Apple's customers • Key point of contact for Americas Billing activities, projects and initiatives

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance, MBA and/or CPA preferred

Additional Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese preferred • Experience in a company with a strong retail emphasis • Experience in a technology company • Familiarity and experience with SAP systems
