This position will report to the VP of Growth/ Product Management.
Define the product strategy and product roadmap for one or more product area(s)
Drive business growth
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and business owners to drive the launch of products
Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning, and design of entirely new products to deliver against team and company goals
Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
Define product requirements for MVPs and new features/enhancements
Take overall business objectives and combine them with insight into what user problems we are uniquely suited to solve
You Bring:
Strategic thought process and experience defining business or product strategy
7+ years of product management or product marketing experience in consumer-facing products on web, tablet and mobile
Self-starter with proven track record of execution and results
Proven track record of building a product from ground up, taking it to market helping to drive user engagement and scaling as needed
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Passion for emerging technologies, and ability to converse at a technical level
Great business judgement, ability to influence others and strong analytical thinking
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to give direction and work cross-functionally
Prior startup experience preferable
Agility and bias toward action with ruthless prioritization and accountability for results
BS degree, MS/MBA preferred
