Job Description:
The Change Management Director for the HR Transformation (HR Operating Model/HROM) provides change leadership and is responsible for integrating and delivering change strategies and activities for global and sector work streams leveraging global change management frameworks, methods, and tools. This role connects global work stream change team activities with business unit change team activities and brings strategic and pragmatic expertise to enable the achievement of the HROM goals through successful organizational adoption. This role is a key member of the HROM leadership and Global Change Management COE and works in partnership with other key members to support the overall objectives of the HR and Global Transformation in PepsiCo.
Responsibilities:
Leads and manages change strategies and executes work plans to support HR Transformation (HROM)
Develops, delivers, and coordinates change management work activities to effectively enable HROM goals e.g., stakeholder management, sponsorship, engagement, communications, training, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, change leadership, and organization design
Defines a strategy and executes a plan to drive the cultural evolution of the HR function needed to ensure success of the HR Transformation.
Partners with the HROM team to ensure the Governance process is operating in an integrated, coordinated way that drives decision making and alignment in line with our overall HR Strategy. Provides strategies to improve outcomes and the overall functionality of the governance model.
Manages / integrates work activities of change management team members across sectors, COEs and Core Services.
Integrates core enterprise-wide change management frameworks, tools, and templates within HROM
Collaborates with the Global Change Management team, HROM change teams, Global Program Management Office, internal OD / training / communications teams, external consultants, etc. to deploy common change management methods and tools
Serves as an active member of the Global Change Leads network. Participates in regular meetings and forum groups, shares best practices, business updates and contributes to the network with insights and feedback on a regular basis.
May support other projects/ capability work in connect with the Global Change Management COE
The final candidate for this role would receive a limited relocation package.
Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of an MBA, 12-15 years' experience
MBA preferred, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience leading and delivering change management related work for large scale programs or projects
Ideal candidate would have a combination of change management and organizational development consulting background
Experience with change initiatives impacting a global audience
Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication and decision-making skills; ability to balance strategy and execution of various change activities. Must be comfortable with "rolling up their sleeves".
Ability to implement strategies and plans that have been previously developed and possibly in-flight.
Influential - must be comfortable and effective in influencing stakeholders who do not have a direct reporting relationship
Must have experience communicating change, leading that communication work or working closely with a Change Communications professional.
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, results oriented culture.
Ability to build authentic working relationships amongst the Change Management COE team and with colleagues across sectors and functions
High comfort level managing and dealing with ambiguity.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
