Director Sales Enablement NVIDIA Santa Clara

Job Description:
NVIDIA is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic worldwide sales enablement leader to scale our enablement efforts and manage a world-class team of enablement managers. This position will report into the NVIDIA sales operations organization and will work collaboratively with field sales and corporate marketing to drive our next generation enablement programs and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and developing a team of senior managers and implementing best in class training methodologies and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and drive development of team of 3+ sales enablement managers currently supporting NVIDIA enterprise business segments
- Develop strategy and drive execution of sales enablement plan for internal NVIDIA sales organization and external partner network
- Implement and manage new hire onboarding program for WWFO
- Implement and manage enterprises certification program for partners
- Drive agenda and manage cross functional team responsible for annual sales kick-off event
- Stay on top of trends and share industry best practices on enablement tools and processes
- Set appropriate team KPIs, track and report out progress

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Highly detail oriented with an ability to review and edit content
- Highly creative thinker who can brainstorm and challenge the status quo with new ideas
- Ability to define process improvements and outline a strategy as well as execute as a �hands on� member of the team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Self-motivated, highly flexible and has the ability to work with little definition and without supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across a number of projects and initiatives
- At least 12-15 years experience in sales enablement, marketing, channel marketing or related field required
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams
- BA/BS required, masters preferred
