Advises Senior Vice President (SVP) Controller and Vice President (VP) Controller, Walmart US; Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics; Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce; Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals;

Works with the Merchandising and Finance Services Operations and Finance management teams to understand and map business processes, identify areas of opportunity and develop alternatives and solutions, as needed, to support the business strategy; Identify and manage technical accounting issues, where applicable; Mitigate Company risk exposure through identification of accounting control structure and/or identify additional controls, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of supervisory experience OR 2 years experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
Bachelor s degree in Finance or related field and 4 years experience in finance or related field OR 8 years experience in finance or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of technical accounting or financial accounting experience.
Knowledge of Walmart systems.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
