Creates, defines, and establishes innovative visual presentation criteria and aesthetics to ensure brand consistency across multiple categories and assigned business units (for example, Apparel, General Merchandise, Grocery)
Creates, oversees, and controls the annual sign and overhead expense budgets for assigned strategic business unit(s) (SBUs)

Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals

Minimum Qualifications
4 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field and 7 years experience in merchandising, marketing, or related field, including 1 year in visual merchandising management OR 9 years experience in merchandising, marketing, or related field, including 1 year in visual merchandising management.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience negotiating and managing third-party supplier contracts.
3 years experience managing cross-functional teams.
5 years experience managing medium- or large-scale visual merchandising initiatives.
7 years professional retail experience in merchandising, marketing, or real estate, including 2 years in a role requiring strategy development.
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
