The Director, Product Management is responsible for Vetting, Validating and Executing on new and existing products that support the ShareThis Product Strategy, as well as to protect existing revenue in addition to creating new revenue opportunities.
This Product Management role functions as a key interface between business leaders, partners, development, operations, support/implementation, product marketing and sales to advance the company’s objective to deliver leading enterprise data products that are sustainable and have an undisputed right to win. The Director of Data Product Management will report to the SVP, Product.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate, manage and execute on the entire Product Management Lifecycle process spanning from Innovation to build, buy or partner to End of Life, Grow or Maintain and the ongoing business decisions happening along the way
Accountable for monitoring, interpreting and applying findings from market facing and industry trends in the OmniChannel Ecosystem, the competitors in the data driven marketing space, and how Agencies, Marketers, Publishers and Marketplaces use data to optimize their media and marketing spend
Align and Prioritize Sprint Planning with product roadmap goals based on current business drivers or blockers balanced with future growth opportunities
Collaborate with key Stakeholders throughout the ongoing Product Lifecycle management Process
Think and act like a CEO of your Product
Requirements:

2 or more years of proven experience working directly with Brands in a “Data Driven Marketing” capacity
2 or more years of working directly in the Adtech/MarTech Omni-Channel Eco-System - especially Publishers, Trading desks, media buyers, Marketplaces and Agencies
2 or more years of client facing experience
Proven experience managing and facilitating the Product Lifecycle from Product Development/Product concept (the planning phase) to completion
Proven experience gathering data facts and insights from the Voice of the Industry, Market, Customer, Sales, Analysts
Drive product line strategy to evolve product lines and product growth; obtain cross company alignment on the product plan including alignment with Engineering, Operations, Product Marketing and Sales.
Drive product line performance accountability across the company by setting product performance goals, establishing key performance metrics, and reviewing progress against performance goals using formalized product reviews and scorecards.
Focus on the quality of the finished product and the efficiency of the production process.
Oversee existing products in their improvement process or maintenance of their existing standards
MBA or equivalent with a strong academic record
Pragmatic Marketing Certified preferred
