Director Pricing, Analytics Insights T-Mobile Bellevue

Job Description
The Director, Pricing, Analytics & Insights will develop the value proposition for products of a $6 billion multi-brand portfolio that includes both, consumer and business segments. This leader maximizes enterprise value by optimizing the positioning of products and brands within the portfolio.

The Director, Pricing, Analytics & Insights will develop pricing philosophies, principles, guidelines, and methodologies to maximize the firm’s profitability and enhance customer perceived value across T-Mobile’s partnership brands and end to end businesses.

The Director, Pricing, Analytics & Insights will collaborate with Marketing and Senior Business Unit leaders on developing the value proposition and design of products including pricing strategy and optimization, ensuring that enterprise objectives align with individual business goals. The Director will also define and implement pricing strategy based on analytics insights from internal and external sources, competitive conditions, and business objectives.


,More Specifically, This Role Will Assume The Following Responsibilities
Work closely with partnership brands and end to end business to align enterprise product and pricing strategy to individual business units.
Conduct portfolio/strategic assessment of new business partnerships (MVNO/M2M business).
Lead the financial and economic assessment of pricing moves and promotions to align with overarching enterprise objectives while meeting individual business unit needs.
Lead the structuring of customized deals; approve discounts and other exceptions to standard pricing policies.
Communicate financial implications of pricing philosophies and the alignment with guiding principles at the enterprise level.
Understand and prioritize determine key economic drivers for individual business units.
Develop, build and review quantitative financial models which align to the key business needs; cost, revenue and retention.
Recruit, lead, and retain a team of highly motivated analytical managers/senior managers.
Requirements

Qualifications

While the quality and accomplishments of a person’s career will be the determining factor, the finalist must have the following requisite qualifications:
5+ years of experience with corporate strategy, management consulting, portfolio management, or financial analysis.
Demonstrated capability to conceptualize and oversee sophisticated hypothesis- and data-driven analysis.
Proficient in financial analytics, strategic frameworks, and competitive analysis.
Strong knowledge of data visualization and statistics; SQL skills desirable.
Previous experience managing Marketing/ Pricing functions
Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar required; MBA preferred.
