The Director, Omnichannel Development & Growth runs the Omnichannel Differentiators Program which spans, mobile, retail, marketing, and product teams. Works with the Omnichannel Development & Growth Officer to develop the vision, strategy and business case for new Omni-channel capabilities. They are responsible for assessing, organizing, and solving for the landscape of projects and work streams flowing through the E-commerce team from inception to delivery.

Understands trends in e-commerce, marketing, and digital to envision, develop and deliver new capabilities to drive quarterly impact. Examples include: Understanding of trends such as DIY, automation, emerging platforms to reach customers in new ways
Responsible for creating a scaled operational plan for new capabilities
Responsible for completion of business deliverables; base-deck, process flows, use cases, business requirements, labor models, marketing plans, etc.
Manages and maintains business-facing milestone plan & delivery roadmap
Identifies rollout markets/territories and timing
Identifies and engages business SMEs and Experts
Partners with App/E-Commerce lead to drive key work-stream meetings
Works with cross-functional business partners to ensure proper capability integration across all channels and functions
Partners with the Change Manager, Sr. Managers and Directors on the development and execution of training and communication materials as well as projects
Identifies topics for leadership / steering committee meetings (risks, deliverable approval, etc.)
Lead a team of project managers, both employee and contractor, to achieve success in their areas of focus.
Interface with development teams internally and externally to manage projects in both waterfall and agile development processes
Appropriately delegate and oversee accountability across managed resources for traffic management and resource coordination
Support the overall project roadmap with a strong responsibility for the appropriation of team resources as they relate to capacity and project prioritization
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or an advanced degree
5 years or more of management experience
10 years or more within a planning / project management or similar role
Preferred:
8 years or more agency project management experience
5 years or more of experience with agile development processes
Six Sigma, SCRUM Master, and / or PMI (project management) Certification a plus
Advanced experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, MS Office Suite, Process Maps
Ability to understand complex opportunities and customers
Ability to synthesize complex data
Skilled in project management, ideation
Strong theoretical, practical, and technical understanding of agile development process & front end development
Strong analytic and financial skills
Ability to link strategic insights to operationalized business plans
Ability to communicate effectively in a concise and accurate manner at all levels of the organization and with external partners
