Provide General Marketing, Marketing Communications and Product Marketing support to both internal and external customers of the company. Provide marketing leadership in the development and launch of new product lines and services offerings. Position also includes management of special projects as directed by executive and senior management. Must be self-managed, motivated, and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
Principal duties and Responsibilities:

Devising, deploying and measuring lead generation objectives and goals for existing and new product lines
Co-ordinate with Sales Operations on Sales Training and Sales Campaigns
Development of Product Marketing Material to be Integrated and Aligned with sales, service delivery, IT systems, talent and other areas in order to increase capability and success across all centers of excellence
Develop Go-to- Market plans and content to secure existing customer growth, net new customers, and new product and services offerings.
Management of all vendor Coop Fund Programs
Manage annual Marketing budget
Development and management of marketing tool sets for lead generation, sales campaigns and customer/prospect data bases
Develop content for external website and manage appropriate marketing content for internal website
Coordinate and manage external customer events and trade shows
Develop and manage company advertising initiatives/campaigns
Coordinate and distribute company wide communications
Plan and manage annual company sales conference / kick-off meeting
Coordinate and manage monthly and annual recognition efforts
Coordinate with Arrow Corporate on Public Relations/Media efforts
Design and development of promotional and multimedia materials/items
Management of special projects as directed by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

4 year college degree required – Marketing, Public Relations or Business Administration
Previous Sales or Marketing leadership experience in the telecommunications field 15+ years.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and exhibit good judgement in customer interactions.
Must have strong relationship building, networking and team player skills
Experience using graphic design software desired
Ability to multi-task and organizational skills required
Travel is required
