This position supports all engineering activities in Manufacturing within CCR's Southwest Operating Unit and other engineering needs throughout the SWOU. The role will lead a team of 7-9 engineers in the completion of ~$100MM in capital projects. The role will also be responsible for communication and collaboration with manufacturing leadership within the region, supporting 8-9 manufacturing facilities.
Lead the project team to successful conclusion of a major capital project. Success being measured by budget and schedule as well as performance of the investment as a whole in meeting the Company’s requirements and objectives.
Mentoring and motivating team to maximize effectiveness.
Training and technical knowledge management; collection and distribution of best practices and learnings from within the Company and externally as appropriate.
Drive improvements in equipment capability, asset utilization, environmental performance, safety and loss prevention for the Company as a whole through membership of the Coca-Cola Environmental Council.
Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required. MS Degree highly preferred.
