Amazon Fashion is seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial, experienced, and results-oriented marketing professional to lead and grow the category’s marketing organization. As Director Marketing, you will lead a team to create the marketing plans and seasonal communication strategy for Softlines. You will be responsible for developing an integrated marketing approach across Direct, Free Search, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Display Advertising, Online Video and Mobile that will drive awareness of Amazon Fashion and fuel sizeable long term growth goals.
The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically and execute flawlessly. He or she will have a proven track record of delivering results, ideally in digital marketing or online traffic management. Keys to success will be the ability to utilize customer insight and data to develop marketing programs, design sophisticated tests and quickly double down on programs that show success. This individual must excel in managing and navigating cross-functional efforts and partnering with buying, design, customer experience and marketing analytics teams. The successful candidate will take smart risks that can be automated and scaled to big ideas.

Core Responsibilities:
· Lead all Amazon Fashion customer acquisition and retention strategies across desktop and mobile.
· Lead the seasonal planning process including setting the framework for each season identifying key target customers, initiatives, and featured product categories, measure results and incorporate into future plans.
· Lead Softlines site marketing experience including site merchandising, campaign planning and partnering with the Softlines technology team key, customer experience improving initiatives.
· Lead Softlines customer segmentation initiative. Refine segments, mine data and research for insights and integrate into technology and targeting capabilities.
· Build customer segment and initiative specific marketing plans (i.e. millennial, prime, fashion influencers).
· Own customer research and data mining, acting as the businesses customer expert discovering and sharing customer understanding across attributes, shopping and purchasing behavior.
· Partner with vendor management to lead the promotions strategy and calendar.
· Develop customer centric initiatives across online and offline marketing vehicles (Free Search, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Display Advertising, Online Video, Mobile, and direct mail).
· Partner with central Marketing and Traffic teams to develop annual roadmap and testing plan.
· Manage campaign strategy and execution while achieving key performance metric goals
· Drive well-structured campaign testing designed to validate the potential of marketing strategies and plans.
· Work directly with technology and central analytics teams to influence their product roadmaps to scale successful programs. Lead requirements documents for technology to automate initiatives.
· Communicate regularly with senior leadership, internal stakeholders and traffic team colleagues to understand objectives and opportunities
· Lead Marketing WBR, MBR and QBR process.
· Build, lead and develop a high performing team.
· Track, measure and report on channel results and feed date into future plans.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· At least 10+ years of offline and online digital marketing, product management and/or ecommerce
· Excellent verbal and written communication skill
· Proven ability to build, manage, develop, and retain a high-performing team
· Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
· Track record of delivering innovative solutions
· Strong analytical abilities, particularly with respect to experimental design and analysis
