Leads growing team of diverse professionals responsible for turning data into actionable insights for non-marketing areas of DPZ including supply chain, HR, store development, corporate operations, franchise operations and other service and support areas. Builds and maintains senior level relationships and manages prioritized list of opportunities and challenges critical to achieving the mission/vision of DPZ. Works in partnership with business segment senior leaders and IT professionals to unlock material value.
Lead and manage Business Insights Team
Develop the team in areas of business understanding, leadership and management, programming, analytics, visualization and presentation capabilitie
Understand business needs, partner and gain alignment on areas of challenge/opportunity and execute on a prioritized and ever changing list of value add insights projects
Actively engage, build and maintain senior level business relationships
Understand the business, mission, vision, objectives
Create, prioritize and execute on insights projects aligned with the business needs, vision, etc.. to create material value; Utilize best in class programming, analytical and other techniques
Communicate value and influence the organization through best in class presentations, dashboards, etc…
Colloborate/partner with insights group in BTB on talent, processes, projects, etc..
Play critical role in and influence positively data governance and IT matters
Engage build and maintain great relationships with IT service providers both internal and external to ensure soundness, accuracy, timeliness and efficiencies in data.
Be a thought leader in data governance matters impacting the organization, especially the business insights function.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Ops Engineering, Business Market Research, Finance, Mathematics or other related field; MBA strongly preferred
Minimum 7- 10 years professional experience in business insights, preferably in food service or packaged goods
Good business aptitude, attention to detail
Strong Experience in big data and/or data mining
Strong management skills and team leading capabilities
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills including C-suite presentation ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as software familiarity with products such as Microstrategy, Peoplesoft, Tableau, Nateeza and/or similar tools.
