Job Description:
Reporting to the COO of Citi Research, the successful candidate will partner with stakeholders across Research, Technology and the broader organization at Citi to deliver a best-in-class global Research platform.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Research COO and Operations team globally to develop and execute strategic operational and technology initiatives that meet business goals.
Build trusting partnerships with Research management to address their requirements and keep them informed of technology developments affecting their business. This will include preparing materials and presentation of them to senior management.
Partner with the Citi Technology team on project planning, development, deployment, training and adoption schedules.
Ensure the Research technology platform meets high availability standards for publishing and distribution, conforming to all internal controls, including full engagement with Compliance, Legal and Risk.
Act as primary contact point for Research Operations project execution, managing the planning and governance across all technology and non-technology initiatives.
Review and monitor the key performance indicators across the Research Operations team.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills Required:
10+ years in an operations role with leadership and project oversight responsibilities.
Demonstrated success managing initiatives to plan and on budget, within agreed upon timeframes.
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. This role will require constant interaction with senior technology partners and business leaders.
Demonstrated success managing large complex budgets, financial controls and headcount reporting.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver high quality work.
Broad analytical and problem solving skills in order to identify, understand and address all process, workflow and technical issues that arise on a day to day basis.
A self-motivated individual who is able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst also working effectively as part of a team
Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic industry where requirements can evolve and change on short notice.
